Freshness doing the early shift and the lees working a solid 9 to 5. Slightly hazy in the glass, but totally focussed winemaking.
Low-ish ABV (11.5%) but not lacking in flavour. We think this is a fantastic example of what Australian chardonnay can be from a young gun winemaker.
