Our 2021 Estate Pinot Noir consists of eleven separate lots representing distinct aspects, clones and soils. Each parcel was handled with great attention to detail in the vineyard to maximise site expression. Indigenous yeasts connect all ferments but varying amounts of whole bunch, post ferment skin contact and individual oak handling were utilized respective to the characters of each lot. After 14 months maturation our Estate blend consists of 9% whole bunch and 24% new oak and was bottled without fining or filtration.
A classic prorucer, an icon even! This won't last so snap em up. Plum wild raspberry flavours, allspice, sappy complexities. Stunning stuff. Previously took out a gold at the Decanter Magazine World Wine Awards.
