No adds, natural wine. Little bit of funk, a whole lot of bunchy freshness. Slurpable and damn fine. Sam does the lot pretty much on his own. Man/machine!
Sam grows all his own grapes, makes all his own wines, does not add anything at all to the wines. So no sulphur, no yeast and all hand picked, hand tended (6 acres worth!) from vines between 21-35 years old just 15 mins from Margaret River. No oak used in any wines helping produce wines of honesty, purity and intergity much like the man himself.
